paper vs. dryer

When I was asking the head of school to get hand dryers she decided to look up if hand dryers are better since they use electricity. She used a site she new was credible and found out that 95% of the time it's better than regular paper towels. The other 5%? Cloth towels. If you can please try to use cloth towels. and if it's a public space please try to ask the owner to get hand dryers.
