a genius Idea

One way Melbourne has gotten people out of there cars is by having an amazing tram network and a quickly growing underground metro system. Not only that but within a certain boundary (the CBD or Central Business District) the tram is totally free!!! If you want to go out of the boundary you have to pay. In Melbourne though, almost all the offices, hotels, shops, and attractions are in the CBD and there is a tram on almost every street  making it a genius idea and way for people to use mass transportation.
