A tire-ing problem

In Los Angeles 10 million tires are thrown away every year. Tires take 400 years to begin decomposition. Help reduce rubber by retreading your tires when they wear down. This process has strict safety standards and uses only a fraction of the energy it  takes to replace a tire. If your car does need new tires buy eco-friendly tires, which use organic materials instead of some of the chemicals inside tires.
