#8 way to save resources

Another way to help the environment is to drive when there's not a lot of traffic. Not only is it a hassle to drive during traffic but you're using a lot of gas  and creating more carbon dioxide with all that stopping and starting and waiting and driving slowly. Only drive during rush hour or when there's traffic when you really, really, really, really,need to. Otherwise when there's traffic try to park in one place and do all the things you need to do there. If you need to go to another place that's further away than where you parked you can walk or rent a bike. If you don't need to go somewhere try to go when there's less traffic.
