When ​putting batteries in a toy, try to use reusable batteries. Regular batteries can only be used once. It takes a lot of transportation and packaging just to get the battery to your home. Then you use it and throw it away. When it's thrown away, toxic chemicals leak into the ground, polluting the ground. With reusable batteries, there is transportation and packaging, but there is less because you can use the battery over and over again.
